After our 4 years of strollering the parks I recommend:
Midweight stroller
- the really light ones can't hold anything and the heavy ones are too hard to get on and off the buses
A good size bottom basket
- hanging a bag on the handles ALWAYS makes the stroller tip over
- get a baby bag that slips in and out of the basket quick and easy, so
you can pull the bag, fold the stroller and get on quickly. Don't pile stuff
in there so it's a chore to unload it and no place to put the stuff while
the stroller is folded!
Reclining seat back
even if only one position, your baby or toddler will need a nap.
Canopy
Get their head out of the sun and get lotion on their legs and arms
Easy to operate belt
DON'T GET LAZY and fail to belt your toddler in. I have seen too many
get up and run while mom or dad was looking somewhere else. There are
too many distractions at Disneyworld!
A stroller with a cup holder
- unless you have a family member who will always hold your drink for you. I thought so. Get the cup holder.
A tray and cup holder for your toddler
May seem like a pain but we fed our daughter from there so many times
Gate check your stroller
- if you check it with other baggage the gorillas will jump on it and it will arrive with a bent axle or torn canopy
- Also Orlando Airport is huge and you will want the stroller there and
while waiting for the planes
Once when we needed a new travel stroller we just waited and bought
it at
Walmart after we got to Florida!
