I am taking my family for a 60th birthday celebration for myself. None have been to Disney except 10 yr. old granddaughter. Not sure of all the abbreviations---husband, daughter, SIL, grandkids 10, twins 7, son, DIL, grandson 16 mos. ADR's ready to make on Sunday (90 days)so far---4/26-Dinner MK-LT, 4/27 Epcot-Biergarten, MK-Crystal Palace, 4/28 AK-Tusker House-Lunch with Nemo option, 4/29 DHS-Mama Melrose-Fantasmic Pkg, 5/1-Epcot Le Cellier or Coral Reef. Still have one more TS on DDP. Too much to put Sci-Fi for lunch on 4/29? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Wow, what a lovely grandma you are!!! I hope you have your most magical birthday EVER! I bet you will!

I think you are doing wonderfully with your choices. I have a few ideas for you.

1) I think Sci-Fi for lunch might be a bit much on Hollywood Studios day, mostly because they make you book the dinner package for EARLY (like before 5pm).

2) Just want to make sure you know there are no more characters at Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom. Some love the food, others (like me) mostly liked it for the characters. Just so you're aware.

3) For your last TS meal, have you thought about a big character breakfast on any of your days? For instance, you could do an early breakfast at Chef Mickey (Contemporary resort) on your Epcot day, then take monorail straight to the park. Then the dinner at Coral Reef or LeCellier later.

OR, you could do a later dinner on your Animal Kingdom day. Depending on where you're staying, there might be some convenient choices. I would automatically say Boma, but since you're eating lunch at Tusker House, that would probably be African food overkill!

Good luck planning, and hope you have the time of your life!! :flower3:

Welcome to the board!
Where are you staying? Maybe you could do a late breakfast on 4/29?

Thanks so much for the quick replies! We are staying at the POFQ. I was worried that 2 TS were too much for the day at DHS. I chose the LT in MK because we will be on PST and will try to stay up for parade. LT seemed close to good viewing spot. I am trying to plan rest times during the day for the kids and figured it takes about 3 hrs out of the day. We did Boma before and loved it, but transportation is difficult. Thought about DD or Boatwrights on night----not too many good reviews for Boatwrights.

We liked Wolfgang Puck Cafe (the TS one) at DTD, if you'll be there one evening. It's loud in there, and it's a little more adult atmosphere, but there were plenty of kids, and the food was really good.

BTW, we also ate at LTT before a parade, and we did get good spots in that area!

Your adr's are fine, the only thing I would add is that it looks like you have 10 people going so it may be hard to get every reservation at the time you want. If they tell you there is no availability when you want, definitely ask if you can split your parties 6/4 or 5/5.

Although I called first thing at my reservation time, I had to split up my Cape May Cafe reservation (I was booking for 7) and I got a later time than I wanted for Le Cellier (booking for 5). When I arrive I will ask if we can all be seated together; hopefully it will work out. Good luck!

You go Gram! Happy B-day! :thumbsup2
On Epcot day here's 2 more choices Teppen Edo (good food & fun)
Tutto good Italian food.
For Lunch I would go with 50's Prime Time (also good food & lots of fun)
But my all time fav Disney Resturant for good food fun & a celebration would definately be CHEF MICKEY'S!
Have a magical trip and a very happy b-day! And many more :)
