Well there is a benefit of being the ONLY pin trader in the store on Tuesdays --
The CM pin collectors have show and tell. ;)
I had seen the state pin a few week's back. I got another look at it. And it looks better with each stare! :D I also saw the Micky and Walt #99 and #98 House of Mouse.
The House of Mouse is very hard to read. The Walt & Mickey, to me, if you didn't know what it was you couldn't figure it out. Both had a lot of glare.
But that won't stop me from buying them! :smooth:

Thanks for the update, with the holidays and all, I haven't had a chance to go pintrading on Tuesdays. I sure hope they keep doing it after this series of pins has been completely released.

thanks for letting us see though your eyes :smooth: !!! I'm right with you on what #99 probably looks like ( can we say a diferrent shaped rocketeer?) but thats just my opinmion from what the picture looks like. anyway i'll buy it too, have the whole set, no stopping now. cant wait to see a post of what all the state pins will look like!! does anyone have anymore info on the rumor that the state pins will continue to be sold through the spring?

Thanks for the info, Barb. :)

Has anyone heard if we'll be allowed to go back through the line again? I've heard there are plenty of state pins to go around...kinda like the lockets.

Just like usual, I think the limitations will vary from store to store, manager to manager.
The stores here, i am told, have 72 state pins each -- the same number they had of the lockets.
The manager at the store I usually go to offered to allow us to buy beyond the 2 pp limit of the locket. She started getting a little concerned when everyone was buying extras! So she passed the box down the line and everyone took what they wanted to buy. She still has lockets on her rack.
I think the state pins will sell faster though. For one thing, they cost half the price!
This manager said she will not set a limit (again). She wants them sold. Not left hanging on the rack. She knows most of us trade and are willing to help one other if in a pinch. She has witnessed it over and over.
The other Omaha store manager told me last night she is going to be standing very strict by the 2 pp limit. And she will not allow guests to get back in line to buy again.
Both stores here open at 7:00. I am fully expecting to be able to go to the second store after the one I normally go to and buy a few extras. Esp if they have just 6 - 12 people who can only buy 2 each, and she has 72 pins to sell!
I haven't heard anything on the Lincoln or Des Moines stores yet.

Lincoln store will hold to the 2 pp limit, but as long as no one else is standing in a line to get some we should be able to get in line again. We will probably try and get a few extras to trade for other states. Would love to get Hawaii!! We were also told that none will be shipped to other states. What will we do for pins when this weekend is over??
