Today i am off work for a minor Health problem so i go on thinking about our forthcoming trip, bear with me please lol.


Now it just sprung in my mind the vision of a lovely drink with glowing ice cubes inside.


Is it still available and if yes where can i find it???? Thankssss

Yes you can still get them, at every bar in every hotel.
And I even think at some Table Service Restaurants too (not 100% sure about this though!).

To my knowledge you can get them most places that sell cocktails. I know you can get them in Auberge de Cendrillon and the bar in DLH.

I have told my mum i will pay for this as she pays for sunday Brunch.

You can also buy the cubes separately for EUR 4.50. I ordered a Coke, and had them put a glowing cube in it.

Yeah you can just walk in. It's one of my favourite things to do, just relax with a cocktail enjoying the magic

The cocktails in DLH are a little more expensive than elsewhere but the staff are really attentive and you get a good selection of nibbles with your drink. They give the nibbles with every drink too lol, one nibble tray usually does me through 2 cocktails. For the atmosphere and service, I think the little extra is worth it.

Also, your mum's a star for treating you to brunch, you definately get the best end of that deal!

Part of the fun is planning isn't it? We spend quite a few time thinking where and what we will do and eat and drink.

It's our christmas present and yes mum's special really !!!!
