We always hear about buyers...and since there was a recent posting on a seller's point of view I thought I would add mine.

SSR - 200 points - Sept UY - Contract listed 2/12 ($99 pp) - Offer Received 3/2 ($94 pp.) - 3/5 Contract accepted ($97 pp.) - 3/6 Resale Company receives all paperwork and ROFR Submitted - 3/22 Disney waived ROFR.

Waiting for closing docs to happen and will post above when received.

Overall I am very pleased with the whole process and will certainly use this company again! No I am not getting out of DVC...just doing some strategic selling and buying.

We are sellers right now, too. And buyers, switching home resorts.

Things are moving along ok, except our buyers have been slow (2 weeks+) to return their closing documents (and check!!) which is squeezing us a bit as the other contract is ready to close as well. We listed our BCV 200 points at $134, got an offer on Day 1 for $125, we countered at $130, done deal in a day. (June use year, which I rarely see for BCV, but it was 3/4 stripped of the 2018 points).

I am looking to sell some contracts but it's a buyers market right now. Prices are down from the beginning of the year. I am debating waiting a few more months. I have a contract similar to OPs and I was hoping to get in the high 90s

Historically the prices are lower in the beginning of the year as owners has to pay annual dues. As you may also know the prices in the last part of 2017 was very high and still are (IMHO). The question is if this means the prices will start to rise again in a few months or if they will start to level out? You know a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
