I found a WDW planning DVD at home. I never thought we had one I knew we had a VHS of a planning video but I didn't think we had a DVD...

that's what I thought... Plus i've seen alot of Road Safety adverts about drink driving, then all these stories and so on...

In English for persuasive writing, I started writing about changing the drinking age to 21 (in the UK) and my friends complained. Recently one of my friend's had a "rave" and nearly everyone got drunk (except him) and also many brought drugs with them -_- I believe I should go to one of the parties next time one is on and I would then phone the cops on them (for the drugs and possibly underage drinking...)

You could do that.. but they'd be really pissed, and since they'd be drunk, they'd probably wanna kick your *** to. And they would if that's what they're thinking. PLUS, if you showed up, you'd have to leave after you called the cops, so they'd know it was you.
And you just get someone who hasn't dranken anything to drive you home. Or take a taxi.
