Is it bad when your parents tell you that you should drink alcohol?

No, my parents wanted me to get drunk before I went to an alcoholic party so that I would know what it's like, and not embarrass my self, and know what to do, and how to get myself home properly... and what to do the next day. They actually don't mind me drinking, the only rule is that I can't embarrass myself or them in public.

Maybe it's because at most restraunts, you usually drink wine with dinner. Because wine goes well with dinner.
And at celebrations, you drink champagne.
And at a bar, you get whatever you want...
My dad was a bar tender when he was younger... same with my mom.


I think they just want you to drink so that when you go out, it makes you look much more sophisticated and classy. And because it's what you do...
At least, I do it, and everyone in my family does...

that's what I thought... Plus i've seen alot of Road Safety adverts about drink driving, then all these stories and so on...

In English for persuasive writing, I started writing about changing the drinking age to 21 (in the UK) and my friends complained. Recently one of my friend's had a "rave" and nearly everyone got drunk (except him) and also many brought drugs with them -_- I believe I should go to one of the parties next time one is on and I would then phone the cops on them (for the drugs and possibly underage drinking...)

I was a little dissapointed in the planning video...
It seemed...less magical?

And I have seen it somewhere before. Or at least clips of it.
Because I remember those kids...and those phones....
The regular movie was great, but short...
