We just have to write down what we ate all day, how much water we drank, what we did in our spare time, and the best and worst part of our day.
It's supposed to make us aware of our eating habits.

I hate looking words up for my book reports.
It's a pain in the bum. I know almost every word in my book, like I know what it means. And even if I can't give you a definition off the top of my head, i know what it means when I read the sentence.
