So if we drive to Cape Canaveral, and use Park Port Canaveral (I think this is what it is called), after being shuttled to the ship, what happens to our luggage? Do we take it on through? Help please.

You hand it to the porter right at the curb. They will be screened and taken onboard to be delivered to your stateroom. That's the checked bags. Carry on bags you keep with you.

When we parked there last year--we first entered and paid. Then at the gate they directed us to the curbside drop off where we left our luggage with the porter, tipped him, then drove into the parking garage and I believe we parked on the 3rd deck to easily walk to through the walkway to the port with our carry on luggage.

I'm not exactly sure but we paid $2 per bag. We had 3 bags--total of $6.

I've always read $1 - $2 per bag. I tip $2 per bag b/c I have the large bags.

I like to make tip envelopes ahead of time. Something to do before the cruise (part of the planning), and I don't have to fumble around for the cash for the tip.
