Can we join your club too? We purchased both OKW and HH sight unseen. Better yet, we hadn't even been to WDW for over 10 years when we purchased. Something just clicked and we knew it was a good thing. We were wrong-----it's a GREAT thing. Haven't looked back since and have added on once!

Good luck BeachBaby- I do have some more info for you, though. I just purchased a few weeks or so back and I put the $500 down. When they got the paperwork, they called to ask about the remaining. They said they could stretch it 30 days. We went ahead and put the rest down, though. Now, we have credit issues from the past and they wanted another 10% down, which is fine with us. We have it now, but they said we could break it up over the next 60 days, so we are doing that so we can keep earning interest on the difference. They will work with you, though. Oh, and I joined sight unseen as well. Of course I feel like I know it by heart with all the research I've done. Why put your cash to rooms now when you could use it as your downpayment if you'll be buying regardless? Good luck!

I was planning on August for the down payment but from what I can understand as long as I put the $500 deposit down by the 28th I will get the $10 per point towards the down payment and I have 60 days to pay off the rest. I guess I'll find out when I call DVC today. Wish me luck and pixie dust!!
