we are going in october 04 and are staying on site at the movies,will we need to make ps or would we still get into something being as it is not so crowded at that time,also we are going to be celebrating me and dh birthdays while we are there (we are a day apart)any suggestions as to where we could go,we will have the kids with us they are 8 and 12
we are open to all suggestions

we always make PS no matter what time of the year we are going. i would much rather have the PS and not need it than need it and not be able to get it. you can always cancel if you all decide not to eat at a particular restaurant already reserved. happy eating!
A few questions what park are you going to be in when you want to celebrate DH and your birthdays?Are you more interested in buffet meal or ala carte dining?Are you interested in special things like birthday cake and party favors etc.?If you could give some information to these questions I'm sure you can get some good advice and suggestions to your post. we will be eating with our 2 boys who will be 8 and 12,we would like somewhere relaxed which we would all enjoy,i would like to get my dh a birthday cake(he won't think of getting one for me because i'm the planner not him)i should say that we have never done a character meal so maybe one of these we are open to all suggestions hope this helps
I would like to suggest The Garden Grill at Epcot is located in The Land pavilion.This a character meal and this is rotating restaurant.You get a all you can eat meal served at your table that includes,salad,roast pork,fried catfish,flank steak with all the trimmings and apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream for desert.Mickey,Pluto and Chip and Dale will visit you at your table several times while you dine.I think cost is around $22 a person.If you decide to go here when you make your PS let them know this is special birthday dinner and they will work with you to make sure it is a magical dinner and memory for you and family.Hope this helps you.

thanks danny sounds like a great place to eat, we didn't do any character meals or any disney dining the last time we were at disney so we will definatly be doing it this time
