Good for her
And for you!! I would ask her about wearing pull ups on the airplane. My little DD was almost in tears saying she didn't want to wear pull ups over her underpants b/c she was a big girl now and should only wear underwear. Another thought is to set a timer on your cell phone for every 2-3 hours or so to take her to the potty. It's so easy when you're standing in line, meeting characters, and having fun to lose track of time and that's when accidents can happen.
Definitely lots of practice with big potties at home. My older DD hated going on the big potty her whole first year of being dry. It was a nightmare to use a public restroom - I'd have to literally hold her over it since she was afraid of falling in.
Which brings me to a potty rant - why on earth doesn't Disney have at least one restroom in each park with kid-sized potties? Even the sinks are generally too high for kids. I'd think they would have at least one in each facility that is low for handicap reasons.
