Another Pop question

Our Mousekeeper always did something creative with the towels. One night, two little towel animals were kissing each other over the television. Another night, they were in our window with a little sign saying 'welcome home'. Actually, in a TON of rooms we went by throughout the day, little towel animals were in the window. So I think you should have pretty good chances of getting towel animals.

We couldn't find any place to see any of the fireworks, though I could have been looking the wrong way. You can definitely hear them!

And as for the refillable mugs, I can also assure you that the icee is included. I practically LIVED off of icees in my mug. I asked and they were fine with it.

Hope you enjoy Pop, we absolutely LOVED it there.

We've been in 50's building 2 & 3 a few times and no towel animals ever. We had loads at FQ the yr:)

Yes, yes!!! IlumiNations can be seen from back of building 2 and the back L in building 3 :) We watched them every night we were in the room and one night we saw Wishes and IlumiNations at the same time!:) They can seen from other building as well, but not sure which ones.:)

This will be my third time to WDW. First time was in 1974, and 2nd time was in 1989 with the kids. Now, it will be just the 2 of us.
These boards are the best!
So much information. Half the fun is planning.
Building 2 is where you saw these fireworks? Is that the 50's building? Do you find out which building you are in when you check in?

The best fireworks view we had was from building 3 (Tramp), 50's, 4th floor, lake side. You can add a request to your reservation for 'view of IlumiNations' and ask again at check-in. :)

Have a great trip!

Disney towel animal policy is this, if you ask a maid, they will say yes as they truly don't care.

However if you ask the resort GM, he does care and he will say Please Take a Photo.

If a few people take them home, no they are not going to worry about that.

However if everyone begins to take them home, you can be sure that Towel Animals will soon be on the endangered species list. :thumbsup2

I never got towel animals in our room. But I did get to see quite a few walking thru the resort to get to the Classic Hall. I loved the POP and most likely will stay there again this year. So far, it's the forerunner as far as cost goes... :)

We did get our soap replaced every day as I was putting each day's into my suitcase to bring home. :rolleyes1

Not sure, if I was to get any, if I'd bring home the towel animals... I think I'd just take pics of them.

To the person who said they had 2 "kissing on top of the tv": Pics please!

The wake up calls were great. We used this every day with each of the kids (DS9 & DN11) "fighting" over who got the next days call.
Try using the speaker phone.;)

To answer OP's question #4 :thumbsup2
