Okay, I get how the card works and everything BUT... The only photos I ever remember getting at WDW are at the front of the four parks!!! Have they added stuff or am I just missing something??? Now that we have our DS, I definitely want to take advantage of every photo op there is. Please tell me how to make the most of my photopass! THANKS!!! :sunny:

Hi again... :wave2: .

They have the photographers at the beginning of the parks, like you remembered, but the other big place for photographers is with the character meet and greets throughout the parks. Our DD turned into a character junkie on this trip, so we did the Photopass thing and ended up with a 133 pictures at the end of our trip.

You can buy a CD of up to 300 pictures for $99 at the Toontown, Epcot, and Grand Floridian photopass locations only (as of last week...who knows...it may be available at additional locations in the upcoming months), but (as I recounted on another thread) it was nightmare for us to buy the CD because I waited until the evening before we left (I wanted as many pictures as possible!) and was in line for over an hour.

They'll also add cute little borders and things to your pictures.

Wow... you're a one-stop-shop! Thanks for all your help, you're so sweet!

DH and I have never really been to a meet n greet because it's always been just the two of us. I'm SO EXCITED to know that you can actually wind up with that many pictures!

Is there a place online where the meet n greet areas are listed?

Try this site:

http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/

It only lists the entertainment times for the current and following week, but it should give you a decent idea of where and when you will be able to find characters.

How old will your son be on your trip? Our DD was freaked out by the characters at 14 months, but at 18 months she was pretty comfortable with them as long as I walked up with her. I could then leave her alone and she'd hug and kiss them...very cute! :)

Jake is going to be celebrating his first birthday at the end of our trip. He's unpredictable, so I'm not sure how he will be with the characters. Hopefully he won't be scared and we can get TONS of pics. Thanks for the link! :sunny:

I can't really add much but I have a link in my siggy with some of our photopass pictures in. It is really great IMO. I just wished I used it more. I bought the cd and it had over 100 pictures on it. :thumbsup2

In addition to being stationed somewhat near the entrances with the major major icons of each park (Cinderella Castle, Spaceship Eath, Big Dumb Hat, and Tree of Life) in the background, PhotoPass photographers are sprinkled throughout the parks. I've had PhotoPass pics taken at the exit of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, in front of Mission:Space, and in front of Star Tours.
