We love to get ADRs at 8:00am for the park we are going to that day so that we are done eating and already inside the park before the turnstiles open. Are there breakfasts inside the parks? Characters?

Yes...IOA offers a Spiderman character breakfast at Confisco Grille in Port of Entry. Usually...Spiderman and Thing 1 & 2 are there.
