:wave2: Although I am new here, i have been reading for weeks now and love all the information out here! I am planning a trip for the first week of December 04 and was wondering what is the best way to go. I have AAA and booked last time through them but after reading all the information out there i wonder if we paid too much. Is it best to just wait for discount codes and book then or what??? Should I book room only and buy my tickets separately?? Thanks again for your help!:confused:

you're almost always better off booking room only and purchasing tickets seperately....you can book your room now and just apply codes when and if they come out....codes typically come out 2-3 months before travel dates..

If a new code comes out will I be able to call and apply that code to existing reservations without pennalties?

Question: if you do this, can you still get a single card for hotel key / park ticket / room charge? Like, turn in the UPH tix you buy from wherever when you check in?

Im not sure about that one...you would do best to call the resort you're staying at and ask them...we are PAP holders and we always have a seperate room key and passes...I never thought to ask if they could put it all together on one card though...

I would call & inquire about this also, however, IMO, you are usually always better off buying a park hopper ticket instead of an UPH. This is especially true if you are planning some down days to relax at your resort pool. JMO:D

Hi and welcome Crzy4Mickey!

I agree w/ CheerDaddy, you're better off just booking the room only and buy the tix later. When the codes come out, just call back and apply them. (That's what we did, I made the room ressies in Jan. for our May trip and yesterday morning, I called w/ the codes I got from this board and Mousesavers .

Dec. is a great time to go, the decorations are SO beautiful! Have fun and ENJOY!!!

::yes:: :wave2: :wave2: ::yes::

I was told that you CANNOT combine passes that are not purchased at the resort. Of course, sometimes CM's are mistaken...:rolleyes:
