Another new Dad

Alright folks, I'll start here with one of more than a millions questions i'm sure to have before our family heads to WDW in the fall of 2006.

My first question(s) is we are taking a large family gathering and staying off site due to the cost. Is anybody familiar with Florida Spirit Rentals and are they decent? My telephonic and internet communications with them have been pleasant and i'm just putting out feelers.

Next, is Davenport, Florida an ideal area to stay in for a large family with many small children and teens?
