Another Memory Maker Share Question....sorry!

When you're linking friends and family, do you both need to select 'view all plans' or will 'view shared plans' work? Right now, there are 5 different families and we are on 'view all' and it's very confusing when you see so many reservations/adr's/fp etc. According to the CM on the phone, we need to be linked with 'view all plans'. I really hope this isn't the case.

Shares aren't allowed her, so I'm not sure if "tech support" for share is allowed. But, it should be simple to just try it and see what happens.
