Another Magical Express question

I'm thinking of doing breakfast at Ohana's before we fly home on our last day. We will be staying at All Star Movies. It seems easier to leave from the Poly on ME rather than going back to ASMo. Any ideas on how I could set this up? Would it just be easier to go back? I'm looking at 1030 reservations and our flight is at 4:45. I'm guessing that our ME time would be about 130-145. We only have carry on bags.
