Hello all!

We will be sailing with you: Alicia and Keith with our three girls. This will be our second transatlantic but our first westbound. So excited to be gaining an hour at a time this time around!

We would like to join the FE and Candy groups, for sure. I'll read through the others and let you know.

We are coming aboard from Minnesota, USA. Does anyone have kids ages around 17, 14, and 10 who would like pen-pals before we sail? We have hooked up via email before our other cruises and found the girls really love to have a friend already on board. Let me know either here or at therealestreya@gmail.com if you've got kids who would like to meet up online!

Seriously, if someone would like to organize an event, don't be shy!

Our EBTA on the Magic (2011) had a paperback book/magazine exchange. For those unfamiliar with the idea, it's like a mini library set up outside one room where you can go and trade in books and magazines for "new" ones. When the cruise is finished, the remainders are left for the Magic's crew to enjoy. I don't have room numbers yet, but I'd like to volunteer to host the Book Exchange for this cruise! My husband, Keith, and I (and our kids) are all big readers so any level/genre of book or magazine will be welcome.

Don't get me wrong he loves our regular WDW holidays but he is convinced I will get seasick.

Hi Gill -- we had an inside stateroom on our first cruise and did all feel a wee bit woozy at times with no outside view. On our second cruise we all took non-drowsy carsick pills and had NO problems! They are Meclizine HCL, 25 mg chewable tablets. A medical dictionary I found indicates that it sells as "Sea-Legs" in the UK. Maybe it would help you?

My name is Vicki and my 2 daughters will be 17 and 11 on this cruise and they said that they would love to have pen-pals before the cruise. We are from SW Wisconsin ( not too far from you it looks like ) and this will be our 1st ever Transatlantic Cruise and 1st time over in Europe and we are all very excited! Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

Try book the hotel in Disneyland, I've stayed in the Santa Fe, it's the cheapest one but was lovely x

I also have to book mines in Barcelona, because I'm travelling with just my daughter I'm unsure where is safe or not, I'm such a worrier lol x
