Another Magic Bands question!

We are coming out to Disney on the 1st December staying at Kidani for 3 weeks

We are signed up to My Disney Experience and have all our resort reservation, our ADRs and our party tickets linked up.

However our flights and park tickets are booked through our tour operator and we will not get our e-tickets until about 2 weeks before our flights.

My question when they open up for December will I be able to order and customise magic bands and reserve fast-passes without having park tickets linked to MDE?

You should be able to customize magic bands because that is linked to your hotel reservation.

You will not be able to make FP+ reservations without the MDE system recognizing valid park admission. There should be a way to do it. I would figure it out now before you're 60 days out.

I've seen this asked several times and no good answers yet. You must work with your tour operator to get you those tickets earlier and they need to be real Disney ticket voucher numbers or they won't link.

Note about your Christmas Party Tickets - Disney has been telling people not to link party tickets and not to use the MagicBand - the system may get confused and charge a park day instead. Take your RFID plastic admission card and use that for the party.

I bought the PAP last year when it was on special but have not activated it yet. Does anyone know if you can link it to the magic band without having the actual ticket?

Yes you can. Did it last week. Ours is not yet activated
