Another huge # of Aulani contract threads

I have so many questions. Looks like Fidelity just put up a whole bunch of Aulani contacts. Most are super stripped and there's a huge range of prices that don't always make sense. Like large points contacts asking higher amounts than low points. Anyone have any information?

I think an aggregator just reloaded all of their contracts.

My email went off with alerts, I know some of these I have seen before. BUT... back when I was tracking all the influx of Aulani listings Fidelity was not one of the brokers who had a ton of listings. I now show them at 113 much much more than any other broker.
I'm only seeing 21 when I filter by Aulani and Fidelity

Just checked the broker site directly and there are over 100 listings
Yeah, I was looking on dvcforless.com
On the broker site https://www.fidelityrealestate.com/, I have a suspicion that the ones that don’t have an agent on them are artifacts of their website update (placeholders or sold ones they have pulled) and will fall off when they clean it up

ahh good detective work, I didnt open any and see that they had no agent. I hope this is the case.

Bob from DVCforless.com here - Fidelity's site seems to be having a few issues that I expect they'll correct over the coming days. The same thing happened a few months ago as well. Over the past few days it appears all of their listings were removed and re-added. In addition, as those listings were re-added, many brand new and seemingly mistaken listings were added as well. The mistaken listings were either duplicates or were missing data such as use-year, and available points. Our system is filtering out the mistaken listings but you may see some quirks, including a mismatch of totals, and alerts for new listings, which in fact are not new. I'm sorry, this is out of our control. As I mentioned, this happened once before and Fidelity quickly resolved the issue. Once things have settled down on their end we'll do our best to restore the history data.

Sucks that they show up as new, loses the history of how long it’s been on the market and price drops. Totally understand it’s out of your control.
Thanks again for the amazing tool

Im just glad there aren't that many new Aulani contracts hitting the market w/ Fidelity!

Because your worried about the price dropping and your contracts lose “value” or because you wouldn’t be able to stop yourself from buying more?

Worried about my contracts losing value quicker than than normally would have.

Yours are all subsidized right? I doubt those lose value that fast.. A few I saw over the past few months get snatched the day it was posted so most likely sold at asking.
Yes all sub. They are selling for less than they did before the influx of Aulani but they are still selling fast which is nice.

So DVCforless.com is showing https://www.fidelityrealestate.com/ with 82 Aulani contracts.

Not sure if this is from their site being updated, or if these are actual listings.

Many of them are stripped, and delayed closing. The few I checked are cross listed elsewhere

Not thinking it’s an influx, may be seller is listing at different brokers, or brokers are listing across their platforms and splitting commission
