Another Honeymoon registry question.... How do you know who buys what?

When it comes to someone buying the items for you, How do you know who buys what? Like, if for my bridal shower someone buys you a 40 dollar dinner. How do you know who buys it?

Should I make little cards to send out in my bridal shower invites that have a attached card that says

"For your Honeymoon the ____________ family has purchased___________________"

The Disney Honeymoon Regiostry sends you an email when someone puchases something, and it states the gift. They can also leave a message for you in the guestbook
