Another grocery shopping ? (sorry, search function is down)

I am looking for info. on grocery stores where you email or fax your order and they either deliver your order to the hotel or they will have the order ready when you arrive at the store. We are arriving on a Sat. evening with two small kids, so we want grocery shopping to be as easy and quick as possible. I don't mind paying extra for the convenience. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

All DVC resorts offer this service for a very nominal charge. You can print out the order form from the Member's site and fax it to the resort. Typically, WDW resorts have a more limited selection and convenience store prices, but it is available.

Goodings, at the nearby Crossroads center, will accept fax orders and will, I believe, deliver to your room. They are also seem to be more expensive than many other local groceries. Here is a link to <a href="http://www.goodings.com">Goodings website.</a>

Perhaps others can offer more grocery options.

I have the exact same question for our trip in March. I don't want to waste a lot of quality Disney time running to/from the store grocery shopping. Am curious to the experiences of other folks...

Thanks everyone! I will check out DVC ordering options as well as Goodings and Albertsons.

We used Albertson's for the first time in December. I can not say enough good things about them. Our order was ready for us when we got there. They wheel the cart into the coolers to stay cold until you arrive. They didn't mess up a single thing. It took 5 minutes to get in and out. The only thing that happened is they charged me for my ice but failed to tell me to grab it on my way out the door. So, remember your ice!

One other thing. When you get off at Orange Blossom Trail, there is a .50 cent exact change only toll booth and no attendents. We didn't have ANY change. It does not take dollar bills. So, I ran the toll and all these sirens went off. When we got to the next toll, I told the attendent what happened and she gave me a phone number to call so they didn't send me a warning. So, remember your ice and your change!
