Used DME (report on transportation board); I was somewhat afraid that by checking in so late (7:45), we'd get the "left-overs". All my requests were met (NS, Courtyard, upper floor). We were in #305-perfect for people watching and listening to my Disney "bush music" while I sit on my balcony. Maybe others would be disappointed, as it didn't have much of a view of Disney things, but to me it was the best view I've had there. The new store at the Beach Club is a welcome addition-we ate there at least 4 times! I'd be happy to answer any questions.

Glad you had a great BCV trip. I'll be there in a 1BR in 2 weeks for my first ever visit. Did you use room service? Did you eat at Beaches & Cream or any of the Boardwalk restaurants? Any tips?

Hi! We didn't use room service or eat at any of the Boardwalk resturaunts. But we did eat breakfast at Yacht Club Galley one morning-that was very good. Also, the Beach Club store sells yogurt and fruit parfait (if you're into that-Mom ate it every morning) as well as a nice, but small collection of bakery items. I highly recommend the coconut squares-graham cracker bottom, coconut and chocolate chips on top. Delicious! Beaches and Cream is always good-although the banana split I had there this trip wasn't as good (but still good) as their Fudge Mud Slide.

The Cape May buffet is also quite good. And for breakfast, there's a stand set up next door to Cape May in the BC lobby where you can grab coffee and a pastry and then scarf it down while you walk to the dock.
