Another Grand Villa ?

If we manage to get a Grand Villa, there will be two additional families staying with us. Can we get three parking passes for the parks or are we limited to one?

I would think you can get 3 with no problem. We've gotten two passes before when all we had was a 1-B/R.

All you need for parks are the room keys. I'm sure you can get extra parking passes appropriate for those staying with you.

They will ask you at check-in how many parking passes you need; 3 will not be a problem, and will be especially useful if you drive to the parks to get that free parking.
