Another Grand Gathering ??(re GG Events)

Ok I have our grand gathering number and know which event I want to try to book. The question is should I call MS to book the event (they open at 9 am) or is there someplace that handles the GG events that I could call earlier in the morning? Does CRO handle these? Any one ever have trouble getting a GG event if you call the first day it is available? Getting anxious !

I never had problems booking events on the 1st availability day
