Well I was reading something on another board that got me scared. One teen was saying how 200 plus kids from her school were being bused to disney for grad night, actually not just the day, but for several days, thankfully they will be off site , but they have a planned itinerrary, for example, thurs. they will be a blizzard beach, one night hoop de doo etc. My question is what percentage of the grad night participants are there just for the day and what percentage make a little week end trip out of it. I just want to avoid pockets of crowds and lines etc. I have 3 teens, so that part doesnt bother me, its just line waiting etc.

Well. I am not sure I am going to be able to entirely help, but I will try.
I went to Orlando and WDW for 3 years in a row with my high school band and/or choir. Part of our trip each year was Grad Nite. We also went to the parks every day. I did not think the parks were very crowded during the day. I had and have seen much worse. The thing about Grad Nite is that you MUST arrive by bus to be allowed in the gate. Anyway, I don't think it will increase your wait time in lines too much.
That said, it has been 10 years ***GULP*** since the last time I went to Grad Nite.http://disboards.com/newreply.php?do=newreply&noquote=1&p=8286886#

I was at disney last year during grad night, and except for them closing down MK at 7pm on fri/sat, I hadn't noticed anything else.
