I was right the first time when I mentioned the chemo treatment -- it's 4 rounds of chemo (ABVP, to be exact), not 4 treatments.
So, starting next Thursday, Nicole has chemo treatments every two weeks (assuming her blood count isn't too low that day) for 16 weeks, so theoretically, she should be getting her last chemo treatment on May 8th. They're going to take CAT scans after the 2nd round of chemo and then again after the 4th.
Then, she's going to get about a 3 week rest and start up radiation treatments. Those will be every day, Mon. - Fri. for about 3 to 4 weeks.
At that point, she should (hopefully) be cancer-free (somewhere around the end of June).
