Another Dolphin View Question

My Dolphin confirmation says I have Resort View Balcony room. Can someone help me understand what that means. I'm just so happy to have a balcony that it really doesn't matter, just curious.

I'm not familiar with the layout of the resort but I've read where some people have been able to see the Tower of Terror or Epcot. I've also read about the East Wing and the fantastic views from there. Are any of these Resort Views?
