Another DME Question

Has anyone ever had golf clubs transported when using DME?? When arriving at MCO, golf clubs usually come out of a different area than the rest of the luggage. If two of pieces of our luggage are golf clubs, with the DME tags attached, will there be a problem with them getting to us?? How will they know that two pieces of our luggage are golf clubs?

If I'm not mistaken they remove the DME luggage prior to it getting to the regular luggage area. So, as soon as it comes off the plane it is sorted. Golf clubs would be sorted to the DME area I would think at this time.

DME handles anything the airline handles. The only reason the golf clubs come out a different area is because the size won't fit on the typical conveyer belt.
