another DLH and PP hotel question

Good evening...
Can anyone please tell me if Disneyland Hotel or Paradise Pier Hotel rooms have balconies? I am trying to decide between the 2 hotels and would like to know about balconies....or at least if the windows open? (can't get the search to work)
Oh, just one more question..... .....do both hotels have laundry facilities?

PPH does not have laundry facilities. Only the DLH does. The walk isn't bad though. I have done it on both trips.

Hi Erin,
Well they both have "fake" balconies. I forget the official term, is it a Juliet balcony? Anyway, the glass sliding door opens but you cannot walk out there, only look out and gaze. It's a lot better than no balcony, but leaves a lot to be desired if you are wanting to sit out there. BTW, I love both hotels, but if you stay at PPH you must book a view room, it is awesome!

To clarify, when you get to PPH and look at their hotel info book, it will fool you by talking about their laundry facilities. But ultimately you will find out they are talking about the ones at DLH.
