My rewards card expired in December with nothing on it, but we are going to put car repairs on the card (my car was smashed into, over $7,000 in damages -- luckily no one was hurt) and want to get those points. Was I supposed to renew my rewards card? If so, can someone tell me how I do that?

TIA.....

You don't need to renew your rewards card. When you are ready to redeem rewards again you will just need to request a new one. If you request one now you have to have at least $20 on it (I think that's the amount to get one) and then it will most likely expire 12/06 so you'd have to use it before then. If you want the rewards for a trip but aren't going this year just wait until a month or so before when you are wanting to use the rewards to request a new one. And to request one you just go to the website under manage rewards and it will walk you through the process. Hope that made sense :)

Yes, other poster is correct (although I thought that the minimum was now $10, but I could be wrong).

Don't request a new rewards card until you know what you want the points for as you will need to put points on the card in order to request it. You can keep the points on your account statement indefinitely, but once you move them to the rewards card, they will have an expiration date.

It is a minimum of 20 points ($20) for the first transfer. After that you can transfer any amount of $10 or more.

Points only stay in your account for 60 billing cycles (5 years) after they are accrued - they don't last indefinitely. Not a chance mine would last that long!!
