Another Disney Visa Question

So, I just had an interesting chat with a virtual cast member...and I'm not totally convinced that the info I got made much of any sense.

The question I asked was whether or not I could allow my TA to book dining and use my reward dollars to pay for a portion of our trip... The CM said that she could not. The TA could call and use my CC, but NOT my reward card...That in order to use my rewards card I would have to book through Disney directly.

Can someone clarify this for me? I thought I could use my rewards points through my TA...

Your TA can use your rewards card. I've done it every time.
