How does Disney handle this:

My wife and myself and one daughter and soninlaw are staying for two weeks. My other daughter and soninlaw are coming during the middle Thursday untill Tuesday. How does Disney:

1 charge everyone

2 when are all the credits put on the cards

My main quesstion is can this be done. And yes we are going to be in a 2 bedroom while all are there.

I believe if they are listed on the ressie, they will have to have the DP for the entire stay. So you would, really, have extra credits to use up. Everyone on the ressie has to be on the same plan in order to get the dining.

If you "don't tell," then they will get no credits, but they will also have no room keys & no access to EMH.

All of your credits, as of now, are pooled and available right after check in and are good until midnight of the day you check out.

Your other option would be for them to book their own room separately.

Are you switching reservations in the middle - like 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom? If so, then it will be easy, just put them on the middle reservation. If fact, even if you are not switching size units, you may have to break up the reservation to get them dining plan for just the nights they are there. I would call Member Services and ask them how you can do this.

I think you would best handle it by booking back-to-back reservations. One with the smaller party and the other with everyone who will be staying. The PP had the best advice, call MS and ask them what you should do. I would guess you really don't want to pay for the dining plan for the two who won't be there the whole time.
