Another Dining plan...critique please!!!

We are traveling on March 25-30, 2012. It is the last week of free dining, and will be BUSY.

So, here's our plan:
Sunday: HS day
Lunch: Sci-Fi
Dinner: Will be at hotel before returning for more park time

Monday: Epcot
Lunch: Tangierine Café (we want to try this place)
Dinner: Rose and Crown or Kringla CS....(help us pick!)

Tuesday: MK
Lunch: Liberty Tree Tavern
Dinner: CS or at hotel

Wednesday: MK
Lunch: Plaza
Dinner: Whispering Canyon Ranch

Thursday: Animal Kingdom
Lunch: Flame Tree BBQ
Dinner: Either Yak and Yeti CS or Pizza place.... (I want to try Boma, but am not sure we can justify the price for a family meal. This might be something we would do just hubby and I...)

Friday: Day at Resort (AKV)
Lunch: Mara CS
Dinner: Sanaa

Saturday: Drive home day
Breakfast: 1900 Park Faire character breakfast (my son loves Mary Poppins!)

Lunch: Sci-Fi >>>> FUN place! great atmosphere! Delish burgers & shaks! They just came out with a new menu!
Dinner: Will be at hotel before returning for more park time

Lunch: Liberty Tree Tavern >>>> yummy!! So delish.
Dinner: CS or at hotel

Wednesday: MK
Lunch: Plaza >>> they have the best fries ever! Great burgers too.
Dinner: Whispering Canyon Ranch

Thursday: Animal Kingdom
Lunch: Flame Tree BBQ
Dinner: Either Yak and Yeti CS or Pizza place.... (I want to try Boma, but am not sure we can justify the price for a family meal. This might be something we would do just hubby and I...) >>> Pizzafari at AK is gross. its the same pizza they serve at Toy Story Pizza Planet at HS. Not very good pizza at all. i'd go to Yak & Yeti.

Friday: Day at Resort (AKV)
Lunch: Mara CS >>>great opportunity to see the animals!
Dinner: Sanaa

Saturday: Drive home day
Breakfast: 1900 Park Faire character breakfast (my son loves Mary Poppins!)>>>Yummy food! And they have REAL awesome bacon! Love this breakfast!
