Another December planner problem

So we make dining ADR's Monday. And without proper hours or nighttime show schedules, I will obviously have to guess. So what days would an educated guesser pick for AK being open at night with ROL or JB? What night for SW FW at DHS? I know ADR's aren't important to some people but I have spectrum kids who have particular places to eat in each park. 50S PTC and TH breakfast PPO, which are both going to be hard to switch later. I completely understand your issue, we'll be there the following week. We can assume that there's going to be 2 shows, possibly more every night, but are planning on 2. More than likely, it will probably get dark between 5:30 and 6. We're planning on booking an early dinner package at Tiffins, 5PM and then hopefully useing our 2 remaining FP's after dinner for the Nighttime Safari and Everest, and then catch the Last ROL show. Of course timing on everything is completely up in the air at this point. We're just trying to experience the Tiffin's Dinner Package, The Tree at Night, Nighttime Safari, Everest at Night and ROL all in one trip to the park, though the timing for everything is questionable.
