Another DDE question

I didn't see this information anywhere but maybe I missed it. Can you use the DDE card for Character Meals or is it only for non-character meals?

Definitely! They are "sit downs" so they qualify. We saved a lot just using the character meals.

YES YOU CAN! Isn't that great??? I figured that we are going to recoup our $50 with our first 3 meals!

You can definitely use DDE at character meals. We used it for dinner for 6 at Crystal Palace and it saved us $24 on that meal alone. I feel it is definitely worth the money spent.

DISNEY'S DINING EXPERIENCE is a dining discount program good for 20 percent off food and beverage at a number of Walt Disney World Resort hotel and theme park restaurants and lounges. Previously, the DDE, as it commonly called, was only open to Florida residents.

-- General Membership: $75.00
-- Annual/Seasonal Passholders' Rate: $50.00
-- Renewals: $60.00 (for existing memberships received within 30 days of expiration date)
