We are accompanying DH to a conference in WDW this June and my original plan was to use some old water park passes that we have and just do the water parks, me and the kids ages 9 & 5 since it will be so hot. But it is kind of killing me to not do any of the main parks. We probably won't be back to WDW until late in 2016. I just checked the conference website and we can get 1 day, 1 park after 4 pm tickets for $63 each including tax. MK is open till midnight every day we are there.....It's so tempting!!! Would you do it? $189 for 8 hours in the parks for 3 people? I'm worried it will be so hot and crowded that we will be miserable, it is 4th of July week. Easy WDW has the crowd levels as 8s that week, but one of the days we could go MK is a green. So tempted!!!!

Do you have the "after 2pm" option? I had bought those for a couple of our days. Should only be few dollars more but you gain two more hours.

We live far enough away that getting to wdw is a big deal. I couldn't go and not go to MK at all. So, I would just buy the tickets to go once.

There is an after 2 pm option, but I figure that is still the heat of the day and prime thunderstorm time. They are $79 vs $63, so $16 more pp or $48 more total for 2 more hours. We are veterans of the Halloween party so I'm pretty confident my kids will make it till midnight. We'd do Wishes at 10 and then maybe the 11 pm parade if they wanted.

I'm very budget conscious, but yes I would sooo do it! It would kill me to be so close, and yet so far.
If the cost was bothering me then I would cut out restaurant meals (at home) or new clothes for awhile to make up for it. :teacher:

Ah ok, I think our prices were less for the conference tickets but I bet it's time of year. SInce it is that much more, I'd stick with the 'after 4' ticket also. I'm very budget minded too and I do think it's worth it.

Nevermind, ours were the same price as what yours are.

I would do it. I couldn't bring myself to go and be at WDW and not go to a park.
