Another Caymen excursion question

Our "MAGICAL" day is almost here! It's time to book some excursions, soooo... I am wondering what were everyones favorite excursions on the Western cruise. Is there anything that we absolutely should not miss out on?

the trolley ride at key west was interesting. our DSs 2 & 4 were excited about riding that. but they fell asleep! which was nice, cuz they got to nap a bit, and we got to enjoy the scenery & city info, etc. and we also had the aquarium/museum package. again, our DSs enjoyed that, as well.

and we did the submarine ride at cozumel. that was just ok. but again, our DSs really enjoyed it. (they are small, anything is exciting for them, i suppose!) as for us, DH & i didn't think it was all that.

at grand cayman, we did the stingray. i've heard all that hype, and thought it would be great fun. i was selfish! i wanted to do it, my DH didn't. (he does not swim, nor is he fond of water!) but we all went. my DS 4 was excited, he was like, i can't wait to swim with the stingrays! but when it came time to get off that little boat to get into the water.....he would not have anything to do with it!!!!!! needless to say, i was the only one swimming/snorkeling, while my whole family sat in the boat & watched me swim/snorkel. i had fun, but not as much fun, knowing that they were all back in the boat. my DH is so sweet, he knew i wanted to do it, and came along. and was willing to just sit on the boat with our DS2, while i went into the water with DS4. but he ended up with both of them! luckily, we packed some snacks (sandwiches & fruits from room service) so they had lunch on the little boat, and watched mommy swimming/snorkeling. oh, and they took pix!

anyways, that's what we did. again, our DSs were little, and we wanted to do what they would find exciting & fun. and we all had fun too! i think whatever you decide, as long as you all do it together, or alone, with kids back on the ship, it'll be a great time! enjoy!

Definitely stingray city, we really love it, and we love Buccaneer Stingray City Catamaran its the greatest, the crew is wonderful and you get to sail on the way back to the dock. Its roomy and comfortable and the kids loved it too!

In Cozumel we always try to do something different, this time we are looking at either the ATV/Kayak and snorkeling tour or maybe the all inclusive beach break deal through Cozumel Cruise Excursions maybe we'll squeeze them both in
