Someone please direct me to the nearest support group for people struggling with the transition back to the real world!

The only cure is to begin planning your next Disney vacation!
When we came home from 9 night at the Wilderness Lodge last Oct I had my Norwegian Cruise in Dec to look forward to. Before I got on the cruise ship we bought into Disney Vacation Club. After getting off NCL last Dec I was able to book our Disney Magic cruise which is coming up in 30days! Before I get on the Magic the Wilderness Lodge will again be booked for next October.
So before you finish one vaca you gotta have the next in the works.
