I was testing out the online system to familiarize myself with it before Oct 27. Had trouble with it. Searched here and discovered I am not alone. I am getting nervous about getting up at 3am Oct 27 and not being able to get anything.
To make matters worse, Disney Dining is the #1 reason we bought into DVC. DS has multiple food allergies so traveling is anything but a vacation. When we heard about how good Disney is with food allergies we decided to make a trip and also ended up buying into DVC. I am SO looking forward to not cooking for a week. I will be PO'd
big time if I have trouble getting decent ADRs.
Anyway, I had an idea. What if I reserve a studio room anywhere but BLT the night before we arrive? Or even a non-DVC room at a Disney resort? Do you think I could then make ADRs online under that reservation and use the +10 days to get reservations throughout my entire trip? What would happen if I canceled that room reservation later. Would I risk forfeiting my ADRs?
Any one know if this would work? Or is the BLT problem fixed and I'm just missing how to work the system?
