Another Bkft in the Park question

Anyone know how late breakfast is served. On the voucher it says "valid during breakfast hours". Just wondering if we can get away with using it as a more of a brunch/snack after a free continental breakfast earlier at the hotel.

Breakfast is served until 10:30/11am. We do "Breakfast" as an early lunch at least once during our trips. Got to have the pancakes at River Belle Terrace.
