Another Bison Attack

Is that an "attack?" Or is it a good Dad repelling an intruder perceived as a threat to a calf?

More than likely Dad was over in the field with his hobbies and it was Mom that was protecting her calf.

It's bison mating season. Males are more aggressive during this time and they "tend" their chosen female.

Off topic but interesting they are going to reintroduce bison, wolves and brown bears to the uk. Having seen what that did to yellowstone park I have to admit to being excited about this
