Another Beautiful Saturday this weekend. Time to take A walk in the park

Ok folks It's the weekend . And tomorrow will be a beautiful day. Sunny and 82 degrees tomorrow in Columbus Ohio. I will be walking at the park in effort to lose weight for the summer. I will be in on wendsday morning to give you results of the weekly weigh-in for week 9. Have a great weekend all

It will be high seventies in Maine this weekend. I am going for a ride on a rail trail along the Kennebec river in northern Maine.

My goal is to lose weight for better health. The incentive / reward is the next podcast cruise!
