Another ATM option

I was at Ikspiari yesterday and noticed a JapanBank ATM (it's the Japan Post Office bank) on the second floor near Max Brenners Chocolate Bar. It's another good option to withdraw yen besides the 7-11 atm I've heard about but can never find. They charge 216 yen per transaction, and you can make withdrawals in any amount, not just 10,000 yen at a time. If you Google Japan Bank atm Ikspiari, you can get a more exact location and picture.

This is good info, I had stayed in Tokyo a few days before I went to Urayasu so I didn't think about what it would have been like if I had gone straight from the airport to TDR.
