Ok..so I know we can use GAD ticket to upgrade to DVC AP....well we already have our DVC AP's! Can we use GAD ticket to upgrade our DVC AP to DVC PAPs?????

No. An upgrade is taking one ticket and adding cash (or something similar) to end up with one ticket with more days and/or options. You cannot combine two tickets.
