Another AP renewal questions

Sorry- lots of questions. So my APs expire Nov 18th and we arrive on the 19th. I assume I need to renew on Sept 18th or 19th in order to make FP reservations on Sept 20th?
My passes are linked to MDE. Can I just renew online? Will it automatically pop-up for renewal when the 60 days appear b/c right now when I click to renew on the site it asks me to link my passes, but I assume it says that bc I am outside of the 60 day window?
Is there a limit to the number of sources I can pay from when renewing online? I will have 2 gift cards and one credit card b/c of limit I can put on gift cards when combining them.

Also have the old AP before they changed them over last year. What will my renewal cost be for the AP that includes just the parks, not the water parks? I think it's now called Platinum.

1. You can renew anytime within 60 days before Nov. 18. (But no earlier.)

5. If you do encounter a problem, CALL WDW Ticket Services.
They can take any number of payment "sources."

Any idea on the renewal cost since I am changing from old AP to new one? Just want to have an idea on how much it will cost since I need to have my gift cards purchased already b/c I am cutting it close with making FP reservations given my renewal date.

At renewal time, you can upgrade/downgrade to any level of annual pass you are entitled to and keep the renewal savings. This applies even if Disney forces you to change pass levels due to them restructuring the annual passes.

Would this be my renewal amount per ticket no matter what kind of ticket I currently have?

Platinum Pass Annual Pass Renewal $ 676.28 (this is the pass I want)
