I bought a discounted 4-day DLR PH from aRes Travel (haven't used it yet.) Can I take the voucher to a Disney Store to have the value applied to purchasing a Premiere Passport voucher? Or can i do this once I arrive at DLR? Will the Pass expire one year from the date of first use?

You can do it in the parks, but you will only get credit for what you paid.
