We are going to be going to the water parks for the first time with severe food allergies. Eggs milk wheat nuts strawberries sesame

How did they handle your allergies at the water parks. We normally only do table service because the counter service makes us nervous.

Thanks

We ate at Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon each once on our last trip.
For the most part, they didn't handle his allergies... I pretty much got blank stares.
He can't have wheat, soy, egg, dairy, nuts, shellfish, sesame or buckwheat.
So both times he ended up with a juice box and a bunless hot dog because I was skeptical when they kept offering contradicting substitutions. (which I suspect had soy even though they told us no because both days he took a bite and said "no")
I think the wheat combined with eggs/dairy sort of makes their entire menus unsafe.
I don't really think they are set up for complicated dining situations there, we usually have 2 days worth of food for him crammed into every nook of our bags and I suspect you will be happier if you have stash of enough snacks to get you through, then see what they offer.

We are only gluten/celiac, and even so (and this was back when Special Diets provided a lot of details including what QS had GF options) we were limited to the one QS place in each park. I also brought snacks, and we only ate lunch there. I was happy to find Mickey ice creams which are safe for my kids, but that along with brand-name chips and stuff were not included in the info I received.

Although it was less than the major park info, the info we did get was enough to inform us that TS wasn't really an option for us and QS was the way to go (the info was detailed enough that we knew what their options were before hand... those were the days!). So although I can't speak to what the TS places serve now that it's a year and a half later, I can agree that they weren't an option for us and would probably require some deep digging on your part to get a detailed and trustworthy enough response to make you decide to go TS at the water parks.

Sorry :( I wish it was a better situation!
